Founded in the summer of 2010, Cramlington United FC has grown into one of the region’s most inclusive and forward‑thinking football clubs.

Within just a year, we were awarded Community Club Status, an achievement that remains unique not only in Northumberland, but across the entire UK.

Our community, coaches, volunteers, and families form the backbone of who we are. Together, we create a positive, welcoming culture that supports personal development, celebrates effort, and fosters a lifelong love for the game.

Club Mission

At Cramlington United, our mission is simple: to make football accessible, enjoyable, and inspiring for everyone.

We believe the game should be delivered in a fun, friendly, and supportive environment where players feel encouraged to learn, grow, and express themselves

Children and young people sit at the heart of our club. We uphold strong values that promote fairness, respect, and sportsmanship, ensuring every player, regardless of ability, has the opportunity to reach their potential. Our commitment goes beyond football skills; we aim to develop confident, well‑rounded individuals both on and off the pitch.

Our Commitment
The simple aim of our club is to consistently do the right thing. Everything we do is guided by this principle, and wherever possible, we strive to:

  • Provide positive and inclusive opportunities for children and adults to get involved in football, regardless of age, gender, religion, or ability.

  • Offer real pathways for development, helping individuals build skills and confidence in playing, coaching, and voluntary ‘behind‑the‑scenes’ roles.

  • Encourage healthy lifestyle choices, promoting physical activity, wellbeing, and long-term community participation.
